Coqui Lounge began as a quiet conviction: that the best bread, pastries, and coffee deserve a home where craft comes first. Located at 485 Pleasant Hill Road in Lilburn, we've built a space where every croissant is laminated by hand, every loaf is fermented with patience, and every cup of coffee is pulled with care.
Our kitchen works from dawn — sourdough starters fed daily, butter folded into dough in layers, spices measured by feel. What reaches your plate isn't mass-produced. It's made here, in small batches, the way food should be.
